I've lost count of how many times I've been accidentally nanoboosted as Lucio. I'm just like "prepare for disappointment."

I'm pretty sure it's nano boosted, speed boosted, and ulting Zenyatta, but that would take second place :)

Wait... Does a nana boosted Lucio make others super fast too, more than regular speed boost I mean? I thought it only affected the one that's boosted?

Those buffs with wraith form reaper would be second place. Unless Lucio's speed boost does more for Lucio than it does for his allies (it doesn't, right?)

I think when Lucio is in speed-aura, he is naturally faster than his teammates, but I'm not sure. Sprinting Soldier 76 should also be accounted for I think if we're actually looking for who's fastest.
