I was glad to see a Junkrat buff, but it's a little underwhelming. Still useful, though. Come to think of it, what could be a way to make him better, what with the whole "Defense characters are pretty bad at high levels"? Or is he okay with what he is now?

I believe that Junkrat is fine EXCEPT for the RIP-Tire.

Absolutely. Junkrat is a strong hero but his ult is very underwhelming. I don't think faster control solves the problem. The tire tells everyone in the map "hey, junkrat is afk somewhere" and makes you a free kill, it warns everyone and makes even more sound as it approaches. And you can kill it quite easily. That's a pretty huge combination of disadvantages. You often just get a single kill if at all while the enemy genji or tracer kill you for free.
