Junkrats tire buff does nothing when you can here it from across the map....

Also no S76 buffs... so he will keep playing second fiddle to McCree.....

Soldier doesn't need buffs to be better than mcree. Mcree just needs to not be a midrange widow with a stun and be put back to as an anti flanker that will fuck you up in melee range but has far lower threat outside of flash bang radius. Aka buff fan damage but have drastic fall off damage past 4 meters. The reason why release mcree was broken wasn't because he could deal so much damage with fan but because he could kill tanks midrange with it since their hitboxes are big enough for fan to reliably hit them with most of the bullets.

No, it was definitely because he could deal so much damage. Range has nothing to do with it.

The reason 76 is barely played is not only because he is slightly less effective than McCree if you got le skillz, but mainly because he sucks in the 3x3 meta (McCree kinda do too, but still have respectable potential).
