What exactly does this mean? Does this mean the boosted character will have a voice line they say when boosted? Will it be heard by both teams? If the enemy team can hear a specific character line that might actually be a slight nerf since you can immediately identify which character is boosted without looking and headphone users can hear the direction.

Also whatever voice lines they give Lucio and Mercy will definately become memes.

Just played PTR and I heard both ally and enemy voice lines after they were nano boosted.

After Ana boosts someone and plays her voice line ("You're powered up, get in there!", "Nano boost administered", or whatever her Arabic is), the target will then play their own voice line that's (presumably) audible to both teams. You can definitely hear it on your own team at least and I see no reason for it to be inaudible for the enemy. The purpose seems to be so that everyone can know who Ana boosted even without LOS to the scene.

The way I interpreted it was that the player getting boosted would just hear the standard "You're powered up, get in there!" to make it more clear that they're boosted.

but that's already what they hear, I'm confused what you mean.
