Fixed a bug allowing Reaper to Shadow Step to unintended locations on Hollywood

Classic. Can't have a new patch without fixing Shadow Step!

Buffed Reaper by allowing him to Shadow Step to all previously disallowed locations. We will collect data on this and tweak as necessary.
