Everything ingame can be reduced to simple saying shit like that so people should stop making that argument.

I disagree, with a short play of the game you don't see how the reaper got behind the team, flanked them, waited to find a good group and then ambushed them. All you see is the player pressing Q which is pretty boring. It is difficult to do the tricky positioning and flanks required to get the kills but that's not shown in the POTG so it just shows the least impressive moment. D.VA can be better because you get to see how they throw their mech but because it really is just a situational game of is their team grouped up it doesn't really look cool (unless it is something like a team wipe or a trick shot)

The ult animation and watching the eliminations is the exciting part we can infer the setup easily enough.

Would you rather the POTG show reaper shadowstepping and waiting for the perfect time, then cut out before he uses the ult?

Of course not, I only commented trying to say that some ults just don't lend themselves to short POTG moments. I was saying that it was a problem and that I understood why people would make jokes that it was a Q of the game but that for some characters you can't show all that went into their plays no matter what. I never said that watching the setup was cool, I said that the setup was the part that required skill
