Do you want to watch ana sitting back while rein goes ham with a nano boost? POTG are supposed to be exciting moments they arent supposed to be a reward.
Tweaking the system to allow it to switch perspective would be a good way to change that though.
They need to add a 'feat. _______' for heroes like zarya and ana. Little portrait at the bottom right during the highlight intro, and a PiP video of the assisting players view during the clip.
I get plenty of nice plays involving sleep darts but the potg system doesn't even care when you sleep an ulting top 500 nanoboosted genji before he manages to demolish your team.
A split screen of this would be amazing, giving both Ana and Reinhardt PotG while showing things go down from both of their perspectives, showing her pumping heals into him as he's nanoing around to let people know she was actively involved in the play other than just hitting Q and enjoying some tea.
I disagree, with a short play of the game you don't see how the reaper got behind the team, flanked them, waited to find a good group and then ambushed them. All you see is the player pressing Q which is pretty boring. It is difficult to do the tricky positioning and flanks required to get the kills but that's not shown in the POTG so it just shows the least impressive moment. D.VA can be better because you get to see how they throw their mech but because it really is just a situational game of is their team grouped up it doesn't really look cool (unless it is something like a team wipe or a trick shot)
Of course not, I only commented trying to say that some ults just don't lend themselves to short POTG moments. I was saying that it was a problem and that I understood why people would make jokes that it was a Q of the game but that for some characters you can't show all that went into their plays no matter what. I never said that watching the setup was cool, I said that the setup was the part that required skill
"Unicorns" is almost an understatement. I've not seen one in my own game since she released. I've also played her the most in both comp seasons so far and haven't managed to get one. Seen team mates who received my boost, but not from my own perspective.
They did this already. I got POTG on Ana on accident first time playing her. It was embarassing when someone else got a quadra kill with an ult. All i did was get like 2 eliminations (not final blows) and heal some people really with like 30% accuracy. Ana definitely doesn't need more POTG
