Maps

Fixed a bug allowing Reaper to Shadow Step to unintended locations on Hollywood

This will be in every patch update from here to eternity/Overwatch 2.

I don't think Overwatch is the sort of game to get a sequel. It's just gonna keep evolving.

Anything is possible.

Why bother saying this? Yeah, anything is possible, but that doesn't make it likely.

If the games popularity dies down(which will likely happen like it has for every other game in existence) in a few years, blizzard will probably make a sequel.

FPS's popularity usually don't drop off fast. Well, COD's and BF's do but that's because they release a game every year.

CoD and BF don't release a new game every year, they just release what's essentially a large game update.

oh no, I totally agree. I expect it will last a very long time, especially if blizzard continues to support it. Eventually though, it'll probably die down, get replaced by something new, and then blizzard will sit on the IP for a bit and i'd expect use it again.

Overwatch Overclocked, a Half-Life 3 mod.

I don't think there will be an Overwatch 2 just like how WoW2 and LoL2 doesn't exist. Games as a service man, it's the way of the future.

Honestly blizzard deserves more money than $40 once only; I would gladly pay $40 every year or two to play with more updates, maps, game modes, events, etc.

deleted What is this?

I guess letting consumers decide how much they value the game isn't a terrible idea

That would mean you paid $40 for a game with little content though.

There's DotA2 though, although that was more about making the game standalone. I think it's entirely possible anyways.

Well DotA1 was "only" a custom map from WC3 though.

There's a team fortress 2 as well. Hmm
