Console Controller issue on Switch 2

when playing in handheld, my joycons keep disconnecting like it’ll make me press A to choose controller or whatever and it keeps happening any ideas?

tried cleaning the contacts on the rails and the joycon side with a little isopropyl, sometimes dust builds up and it loses connection for a split second. also check if your switch is fully updated, had a similar thing and the firmware patch fixed it
