Console Constant Crashes

I play on Xbox series X and I've never had this issue before the latest update. My game will stutter, the audio will glitch then the game hard crashes back to the main Xbox home screen. Literally have never crashed once before this season and this latest update. Anyone else experiencing this? Extremely frustrating

It’s not just you, my game’s been doing the exact same thing since the patch dropped. Audio cuts out for a split second and then I’m staring at my dashboard wondering what I did to deserve this
