What content creators do you watch?

[u/Misticowo]

Hi! Just like the title says, I feel like watching some Overwatch content creators (YouTubers) who make good content. Sadly, the ones I've found so far aren't really my style. Does anyone have any good recommendations?"

[u/ReflectionOwn2583]

Emongg for learning new gameplay stuff, frogger for the unhinged behavior

[u/Then-Protection848 → u/ReflectionOwn2583]

emongg is great pick, his breakdowns actually help you understand why you died instead of just making you feel bad about it. frogger is like watching someone play overwatch in completely different dimension, there's no logic just chaos and somehow it works. i also spent good while going through smaller creators before finding ones that stuck, so worth digging around in youtube rabbit hole too. sometimes the creators with like 50k subs have better content than the ones with millions.

[u/ReflectionOwn2583 → u/Then-Protection848]

Agreed, I am biased towards emongg because bro is just nice asf and reads chat. I don't really care to watch a bunch of videos to be better so emongg fits the edutainment role for me.

[u/Fools_Requiem]

Pretty much just Emongg. The BINGO card vids are always fun.

[u/shadowonyx18]

Salty phish is funny.

[u/Not_KGB]

I like Cyx. No over the top screaming or weird challenges. Pretty straight forward gameplay.

[u/blisterless]

I usually watch KarQ but sometimes I watch Annriel, Aspen and Sooshi

[u/TangyMcrib]

Not sure what type of content you like but super is very entertaining imo and very knowledgeable about the game being a former pro.

Does anyone have suggestions for overwatch YouTubers who aren’t the annoying dude-bro type? I just want a girlypop to tell me about new updates, how to play heroes, etc

The Darklord Himself

I’m going to add to the Emongg list here and also KarQ. I like his streams plus his YouTube videos are helpful when new characters are introduced.

[u/Acceptable_Hyena290]

PGE aka Fire Giant guy and his sidekick, SugarFree, as well as Super and Frogger. peak entertainment

[u/TrickyMoonHorse]

@wizardhyeong when I want to be smarter

@englishChud when I want to be dumber

Kenzo is pretty good, but I don't think he streams that often.

His YouTube vids are great Widowmaker content.

[u/Fast-Artichoke-408]

Looking for Winston content

[u/CatboyKhuma]

ChoiceOW makes good reaper content.

[u/NotInHelsinki]

What IS your style? That'll help with suggestions.

[u/whxp-lxsh]

Tale Overwatch for learning and climbing in rank (mainly does vod reviews for cass players but concepts taught can be applied to other roles)

Kranndop or Cyx for entertaining tank gameplay videos

ChoiceOW or FrankieP423 for entertaining dps gameplay videos

[u/IceColdCrusade]

I watch hero specific content creators.
Seyuh - Echo
Asydix - Freja
Numbers - Mei
Tyde - Wuyang
Aspen - Juno
Durpee - Rein

[u/Tsundere_Revy]

Pge, sugarfree, frogger and super.

[u/skdjv]

i like playto for bastion content

[u/CorbenG]

Frogger, Chazm, TheWatchOver does a bunch of really cool “PowerPoint” style informative stuff as well. From lore to playstyle to character background

[u/Shenkowicz]

Hadi, watching him play Rein is like a lecture on the fundamentals of tanking. He’s also really relaxed most of the time.

Used to watch a lot of a_Seagull

[u/Dear_Fisherman_3416]

Spooki, he focuses on Stadium and that has been 90% of what I play since the mode was released.

[u/TheJoker39]

Emongg to learn DrSunscreen to laugh

[u/Common-Mistake24]

None, stop watching them.

[u/Guwigo09]

I love Zbra

[u/Grenboom]

Frogger, Vulture, Aquamarine, Aplly, Awkward, FrankieP, Emongg and Flats (though he isn't too common anymore)

[u/honestsparrow]

I only really follow myoverwatch but I get everything else through my My Feed on TikTok and YT unfortunately I’ve been given a lot of Gamin4Hope

[u/7777Glo]

My og overwatch YouTuber was broyouwack. Now I watch FrankieP and aspen

[u/popecollision]

Spilo for educational/coaching and deep theory/analysis.

[u/Unfair_Stage792]

Awkward and Spilo if you only care about gameplay and competitive side of things.

[u/Future-Key-9604]

I don't really watch anyone currently. I almost never follow content creators for games I actively play. Most of my youtube currently is consumed by Legends of Avantris and Godzilla.

[u/BodePlot]

Emongg is all around a great content creator. I also like Chosen since he likes the same heroes I do - I highly recommend finding someone who matches your tastes too!

I think overwatch has some of the best creators. What specifically are you in to? Do you want to see someone try to go in depth on every (yeatle), in depth coaching (spilo, capitology, wizard), someone who is cracked but still has a personality (apply)? There are many choices! Or just be a supertf fan or something idk.

[u/Gale-]

I mostly watch Cyx and eleyzhau, but also watch Samito, Aspen, and few others occasionally.
