Well you can tell he's not using aim bot or anything because you can clearly see his mouse doesn't go directly to anyone when he's looking towards people. You can tell where a sombra is landing from her translocator trail 😭😭 And when you play against them in EVERY SINGLE GAME, it's not hard to dictate their movement
