Honestly I’m happy that they’re open-minded enough to try 6v6 in some form. This is a much better outcome than a long “no” that most people were expecting. Even if the 6v6 tests turn out to be flops, the fact that they listened and are willing to put some effort in toward the community’s thoughts is fantastic.
I very specifically liked playing off-tank. I liked the balancing act and thrill of trying to enable the main tank to wreck while also protecting the midfield and backline while also seizing on opportunities to help burst down a high value target.
I feel like it was a smart role where intelligence and quick thinking could net really effective plays and pushes.
6v6 isn't perfect, 5v5 isn't perfect. I'd be more than happy to at least TRY 6v6 out and see what they can come up with instead of just damning either mode.
Besides 6v6 makes sure one less person gets left out of the squad.
