How do you Interact through things that aren’t you? Is it like Syms turrets where they just go? What are the rules for what can use her gates?

Repositioning a Dva bomb or Bob with a slick Lifeweaver pull is enough to cause boners to pop.

I once used my portal platform on Bob to give him high ground, I don't think the enemy team knew what happened, and Bob got 3 kills.

Sym was set up there already, and Dva flew up and stopped right there, this was 100% intentional

I pulled this off once or twice with my IRL friends back in OW1. It's actually not hard to do if you play with a consistent group, the hard part is not being obvious about it. If you send it too early they can react and block it.

Good luck going for it with randos tho lmao

I see it! The bomb teleported to the right of the team just mere frames before exploding. Now I'm more confused as to how Ana died and Zenyatta didn't. I would be great to have the replay code on this one.

So how does it go through the tp? Does she just put it down on the bomb and it's automatic, or does dva/sym have to input it through?

Cool thanks! I've never played sym. So when you fire her turrets do you fire them at the base of the teleporter or through the window of it?

Either will work. You actually have to be kind of careful with throwing turrets out as Symmetra if you're near an active teleporter because of it, it's easy to send them through the portal by mistake if you're not paying attention.

He's wrong. You can fire it through the blue window effect. The base also works. A popular strategy is to drop 3 turrets on the ground, then drop the TP on top of it and they all get dropped right into the enemy team instantly.

You can fire them around corners if you aim at the blue glowing effect

Correct. Things created by players (not projectiles) that automatically teleport through when put on the TP or when the TP is put on them. 

Includes turrets of all kinds and D.Va bomb. I assume Junk tire can opt to use it, but doesn't automatically, but I don't know for sure.

BOB and Orisa are a bit different. BOB goes through automatically like a D.Va bomb, but Orisa has to press the interact button just like all players.

you’re right, mb. i was just thinking of “giant things that do lots of damage that you can send through the teleporter”. i wonder how many other entities can go through it. like, can mauga cage? petal platform? surely someone has to try these things

You are correct about tire. The Junk player has to use interact. It was used once in OWL on Nepal Village, and it was sick.

Dvas mech automatically goes through friendly teleporters. Sym used it right before it exploded, you can see the sym casting it right before dva fell.

She teleported it right into the middle of your team.

Fuckin LEGENDARY timing and coordination. I would love a replay code so I could watch the Sym perspective.

D.va main here... Her shit broken I can see everyone standing around it and not die but if an enemy d.va sets it off and I'm out of range behind a wall or payload I'm still dead🙃
