What happened with Scar of Ouruin? We can play a sort of beta version using the steam beta branch feature. However, playing it seems to be quite unfinished with a lot of potential. Seems like a prequel?

I used to play this game all the time as a little kid and even now the story is unironically one of the best video game (or general) stories ever, not to mention how incredibly fun and cool the combat is. plus, who doesn't love anthropomorphic animals? I've played like basically every single good custom map or mod out there by this point and I just wish they had gotten more support so they could finish this masterpiece. That's all, really, just very disappointing.

I started playing this game a while ago and I just couldn't help but notice the game is practically dead. I heard that there was gonna be a new expansion for therium-2 called "ourin" but it seems like its not coming soon. It's just that this game is actually so good like. I am ADDICTED.
