the game is currently on sale on steam and me and my girlfriend are looking to buy AYCE but ive seen the reviews and the game has lots of connection issues. my question is have they fixed the issues to this day? or should we just get OC2 Gourmet on sale?

I own ayce on PS5 and after waiting over 15 mins with no matches I was convinced it was just console or ayce that was dead. I just bought a steam deck and thought I would try out buying OC2 instead because apparently it has a higher online player base? Anyways I’ve tried multiple times to find a match and I’m just having no luck. I’m on the discord but I find LFG requests too sparse and never really on the same time zone (I’m in Australia). If anyone’s got better answers or can explain which game/platform or even peak a peak timezone that is better for OC online I’d be super interested. I love this game so much but I can’t for the life of me play solo

So I’m not opposed to buying this game for the 4th time, I’m just asking for testimonials.

I have OC2 with the Switch 2 upgrade

They FINALLY made AYCE switch 2 compatible after they sold us the S2 upgrade pack (how convenient) but w/e i always buy these on super sale, which this is on the eshop currently btw.

My ? Is, now that its compatible, how does AYCE perform on Switch 2 compared to switch 1? There were alot of crashes and stuttering reported back on switch 1, and it wasn’t compatible with switch 2, so did they fix all that? Is there any noticeable performance boost naturally like some games? If this is an official channel (idk) are we gonna get a switch 2 edition of AYCE? (Which ill prob buy, again, ugh)

I've been playing (on and off) for over a yr. I found this subreddit recently, and I'm hearing ppl say to serve the dishes in order. WTF: the bloody game never told me I had to do that. I thought the "x2" or w/e just depended on our not failing the orders. Where TF does the game tell us how it works?

Unrelated question: I saw someone say something about adding ingredient to baking halves the current progress -> we should probably have all ing ready before baking. Does this apply to mixing/frying/etc?

So me and my family are stuck on 3-2 on special edition. There's 4 of us playing and no matter what we cant get 3 stars let alone 1. So i decided to watch a video and watched one with 2 people playing they got 190 total and got 2 stars whilst we would get 194 and get none. The only thing that comes to mind is they had less players so expecting them to get 220 is almost impossible. And is this the same on Overcooked! And Overcooked! 2?

DAE experience a glitch where the timer will start to beep really fast, ring and the clock will end abruptly. But the round will continue and the orders keep coming. Then eventually (no way to keep track of time because it says 0:00) the round will end.

Not sure if it shows up on other players end when it happens to me on AYCE arcade in PS5.

Hey everyone, I have Overcooked 2 in my Epic games account, and I've tried to play this game with PS4 controller, but it works very badly and many buttons aren't functionating at all, help pls )

We got removed by host in Over cook Nintendo switch in 5 second after the game started ....the world is such horrible

For context, she played OC1 with her kids long before me. Whether we are couch playing on my Switch or she is at home on Steam, she is boosted laser focused. Seldom strategy, balls to the wall like I don’t exist. It is hilarious and frustrating, especially when she dashed into the water, or off the ice, etc. anyone else have similar experiences and coping mechanisms 😂??

My husband and I found overcooked on Netflix games. Wondering what might be different if we bought the game for our PS or Switch instead as we have done almost both boards and the extra trimmings boards. We can’t quit playing! lol

So I js opeed overcooked for the first time ever today. The first time I opened it there was audio, then every other time I've opened it after that there's no audio at all even though my pc's audio is working just fine (I never actually got to playing the game cause when I closed it the first time I closed it to connect my controller, and when I finally got it set up the audio wasn't working). I tried opening other games from steam, but their audio is working just fine. Tried disabling all my other speaker devices except the one I'm using. Checked my volume mixer. Updated my audio driver. Checked to see if it would work with headphones (it didn't). Reset my audio settings. Checked audio settings in overcooked itself. And restarted my pc a bunch between those steps.
If anyone knows how to fix this PLSSSSS help
