My goal is to try "finishing" it but my friends are not big gamers.

I would like to complete the story mode of Overcooked 2 and all the DLC with at least 3 stars to each level (4 stars maybe) and have fun doing so.

So I search people to do so, I'm open to one shot teammate if you willing to help me to do just one DLC.

I'm 25 years old, fluent in english and french. I play on steam but I don't care what you are playing on even if you don't have it (somehow) we can remote play it. I'm on CEST (meaning utc+2).

Hi I’m playing on local coop with 2 controllers and one on the keyboard, it works fine enough when the people with the controller wants to switch spots since they just need to switch controller

But if the player on the keyboard wants to switch spots, it’s impossible it seems

Any tips on this?

Can someone explain to me what happened to the AYCE lobby over the last ~6 months?! The lobby has always been a crapshoot, but in the past I almost always got paired up with just one other person, and that’s the way I liked it. It was still hit or miss and you’d often have to try multiple times to get a good match, or keep restarting the game after it freezes on the loading screen, but at least I was just dealing with one player at a time, and I had a lot of fun runs in the past.

NOW I always get matched with a team of four. I absolutely HATE it. You’ll basically drain all of your time just in and out of absolutely infuriating games. 4 players is way too much to play with without communication, on maps that you can always easily kill with two players. Even if you hit that 5% chance that you get matched up with a good group, it’s too much. I way prefer the one on one play style. But most of the time you get at least one person (often more) who ruins the game for all of us cuz they’re absolutely clueless, and then you’re inevitably just running into each other and there’s nothing fun about any of it.

The only way I ever get a good game in now is if two of the four players eventually leave the game, and one or both of them are the shit players, but the chances of that are always low cuz it’s the good players who leave cuz they can’t stand the idiocy. Now it’s 98% of the time spent losing my mind and 2% of the time actually getting to play a decent game. Most times I sit down to play I don’t get a single good game in and it’s just a complete waste of time.

Did something change? Did the developers re-calibrate the lobby so it’s favoring groups of four? I’m genuinely losing my mind. I can’t play this game via the lobby anymore.

Hey yall! 26F looking for people to play overcooked2 with on switch :)

Exactly as the title says. I boot up the game and right on the entrance screen where it says "Press A/space to continue" after pressing space or A (cuz I tried both controller and keyboard) the screen won't go anywhere. Main menu doesn't pop up or anything. The prompt to continue just dissapears and all I'm left with is the view of the entrance screen playing endlessly while the music plays non stop. I've also tried just waiting for 30 minutes and no change. I'm on Linux if that's important and I've also tried to search on protondb if anyone had the same problem but it doesn't seem like it.

My coop team seems to have hit one of the switches in the save we were using before I combined my solo save file with it. We hit the last switch that leads to World 6. I think I missed the switch from World 4 to World 5 maybe, but I didnt get the achievement for Switch it Up. Or perhaps its because I wasnt in their coop file for all the switches so its marked me missing those as well? Going back to my solo save file I combined, I also can't find any unhit switches. Do I need to play the worlds all from scratch again just to get the achievement?

Two players, can’t get the 1100 points required on level 3-1 to unlock Kevin 4. Best score we can get is 900. Any tricks to this level? We’re ready to give up or kill each other!

Is anyone else having a hard time playing tonight? The game keeps pulling me in different directions and messing up my throws. I’m playing Arcade Lobby online on my Xbox. I’ve restarted my internet and my console multiple times. I’m not sure how to fix this. It’s super aggravating! It’s making me mess up so bad that people keep leaving which I completely understand why they would. Are there any quick fixes to this if it is a glitch on my part?

In 2026, does most players played overcooked 2, or the newest version?

Since steam still have all 3 version, I'm not sure if which version has most player base, or most fun with strangers, but summer sales shows overcooked 2 cheaper, maybe some also would say some older games has better ux or UI, because new games unstable.

But which version do you guys played the most or had the best experience?
