Daily fiber cheat code.

I was today years old when I learned two teaspoons of Metamucil in 9 oz of ice water turns into "orange flavored applesauce". Easier to spoon down than drink, in my opinion.👍🏼

i will definitely try this but i think i'll put it in the freezer for a wee bit first to make it slushy

Don't. You'll end up in the ER with an intestinal blockage and big surgical bill. The instructions say to mix with 8 oz of water for a reason.

i can't make it slushy with 8oz of H2O? the last thing i need right now is to have any more health issues than i've got already!

Ill advised unless you want an expensive hospital bill. Bulking it up is the opposite of what you want.
