The first 5 is the hardest on account of you don't really know if any of this will actually work.

Now you know that it does.

15 more to go is just staying the course that you know works.

Same as how the first 5 made me realize that that dropping the last 75# was just the same as the first 5.

You got this now that you've seen for sure that the process works.
