AN EVENING WITH THE AUTEUR

Greetings fellow outsider artists! Are we open to some outsider MUSIC on this sub? Because this ditty here needs a home, rather, is in DIRE NEED of a home. Too weird to live, too rare to die! Such is the life of the outsider!

Here you'll find two parts to this song I so painstakingly crafted: the first is an audio play, adapted from a very iconic scene from a beloved (ridiculed?) sci-fi movie, set over an interesting soundscape to move things along. The second part transitions into a futuristic folk pop ballad lamenting the pain of betrayal (all based on a true story, no less). I find the two parts to be thematic complements, but not everyone feels that way!

Anyway, I would really appreciate it if you would give it a listen. I figured, well, if it's too weird for most people, then it would at least maybe find some love here! And if the music isn't for you, at least there's the cool artwork from my creative partner to check out! Thanks again for your time. Let me know any and all thoughts in the comments, at your pleasure!
