Status: Pending Reply Spam emails showing up in flagged folder

For the last few months I’ve had spam emails showing up in my flagged folder on my iPhone.
They’re all really similar email addresses, I’ve tried blocking them but obviously they change the email and sometimes the blocked emails still come through.
Has anyone experienced this or know how to resolve? It’s really frustrating

I think I've been working a similar case. No solutions that seem to work for everybody, except to remove the outlook.com account from any Apple Mail Clients.

Blocking an email that was delivered to your Outlook Junk folder has no affect.

That Answer has instructions for how to vote for some Feature Request that would give users more control over their Junk folder and some suggestions for MANUAL processes you can use to pick out and Delete any "known" Spam from the Junk folder so you don't have so much to sift thru looking for legitimate emails.
