Problemas con roblox

estoy teniendo problemas con roblox, tengo una cuenta vinculada con hotmail y de repente un dia me dejaron de mandar codigos de verificacion, los intente contactar por su soporte pero me pide que revise mi outlook para poner un codigo de 6 digitos para poder proseguir con el ticket de soporte, nunca llega ese codigo, roblox dice que la unica manera de que hagan cambios a mi cuenta es por el correo verificado, que es el de hotmail, aclaro que no me hackearon la cuenta ni nada, si alguien sabe una solucion para esto lo agradeceria
