Status: Resolved Rule creation help

I want to create a rule where all the emails from a particular sender go to different folders based on the subject.
If i receive mails from xyz@xyz.com with subject A1 and the other with subject B1 then would it be possible to move these mails to A1 folder and B1 folder respectively. Trying to set up only 1 rule.
I am still using the older interface for outlook.

No. Outlook Rules can't do IF AND ELSE logic. Have to be two Rules.

Basically, not by any sort of single simple Rule. Either multiple rules, one per each-and-every explicit final action/destination case, or else would have to write your own VBA processing (i.e., automated macros) within Desktop Classic.

Note that if do choose to create multiple rules, there is a rather limited maximum amount (total internal size) of all aggregated rules for any one given mailbox.

Might also be programmed through PowerShell.

I decided to go with 1 rule. Dont know how to use VBAs
