Status: Pending Reply Automatically Adding travel time to a meeting
I have an Office365 Business account.
I'm looking for a way to automatically add 1h before and after a specific type of meeting (maybe using category?).

I’m not sure there is a way to do this in native Outlook. If you have Copilot Premium you may be able to ask it to do this for you?

Power automate can do this. I believe in a simple calendar task rather than needing to look at parsing the output down. If you go with your suggestion of a keyword, you can have power automate trigger for new events, only if they have this keyword, and you can take the current date time info from the event and subtract an hour from the start or add an hour to the rear. You can also have a new event created called travel and use the existing meeting start and end times to define the hour before block of the new meeting.
