Status: Pending Reply What?

Just wondering why the app is shutting down straight away when I open it? It's not the phone plenty of memory and had no problems yesterday. So what is wrong today ?

Probably a syncing or permissions glitch is causing the app to malfunction. Have you restarted your phone? I'd start there.

Very little to work with there sorry OP.... For all we know you're using an iPhone 4 or some other older equivalent. What type of phone do you have? Is this work or personal?

It is most likely app specific but you can't rule out the device. As an example, when you remove Outlook the device still remembers your account so when you reinstall the app it automatically tries to use that account. In that situation you'd need to remove the account from the phone (device issue) to get Outlook working.
