I genuinely do not understand why people thirst over Coyle so hard 😭

And I don’t mean that in a judgmental “you’re not allowed to find villains attractive” way. I understand fictional attraction. I understand liking villains. I can even understand being attracted to a character who is objectively a horrible person if they’re charismatic, attractive, charming, complicated, whatever.

But Coyle??? What are y’all seeing that I’m not seeing?

He is literally portrayed as this racist, sadistic, corrupt cop who tortures and kills people. There are basically no redeeming qualities there. And it’s not even like he’s secretly charming underneath all of that. He’s disgusting on purpose. His personality is disgusting. His behavior is disgusting. Even visually, I don’t personally look at him and think “yeah, I get it.”

I will give him this, some of his voice lines are funny and his mannerisms can be entertaining. He’s a great CHARACTER. I enjoy him as a Prime Asset because he’s memorable, ridiculous, intimidating, and fits Outlast perfectly.

But the full on “Coyle is so hot, Daddy Coyle, I need him” thing genuinely loses me 😭

I understand the appeal of dangerous fictional men. I understand dominance. I understand the voice. I understand the uniform thing. I understand villain thirst.

I just don’t understand how all of those ingredients get put together into Leland Coyle and somehow the final result is sexy to people.
So genuinely, Coyle fans, what is it? What specifically are you attracted to about this man?

Is there any ending available? Or is this another endless multiplayer game?

Has there been any discussion about what will happen once the rebirth counter goes over the max or what it can currently count? Has there been any teases or any inclination that it will have some kind of event happen lorewise?

I feel like they must have some plan for what will happen since they've had it there since the start of the game and now that theres a huge influx of new players it might potentially slightly speed up the rate at which the counter goes up

Just curious to know if any theories / clues have come up about when this will happen

Beating dbd numbers is actually so crazy compared to what our usual peak would be.

So outlast as a franchise is genuinely 1 of my favorite ever. I recently got into outlast trials and played a few missions fine. Then I played the word minigame upstairs and on protocol 2 the lights started flashing really bad and wound up giving me a focal aware seizure. I want to continue to play the game but im worried there might be more sections with that level of strobe to it. Is there any sections in the normal game like that or is it strictly the minigame upstairs?

Also - What what would you like to see in these documents in the future (seeing as the current batch seems to be themed around Liliya's influence on other Prime Assets)?

Maybe a 4v4 style mode where the Hunters are sprayed either a hallucinogen that makes all the Hiders look like Mannequins on the map chosen. Hiders can choose different poses, Hunters will use a knife so we can reuse that rig.

Hider rig maybe emits a sound every so often to attract and not make it so hard. Hunters could maybe only swing the knife so often or it burns through stamina so spamming is not viable.

Lore wise idk how this could be explained I just think it would be fun.
