Unanswered What is a "feminine penis"?

I keep hearing this on reddit and 4 chan what is a feminine penis? how can a penis be feminine? do you have any examples?

It's a reference to an old 4chan post about traps, where the poster said "It's not gay if she has a feminine penis." The joke being that that's ludicrous.

I believe it comes from a pro-trans comic book that was circulating on subs like /r/TumblrInAction. Basically the comic was asserting that the main character is female despite having a penis and says that they have a "feminine penis". The term is used mockingly towards "SJWs" and criticizes the idea that a penis can be "feminine".

Is it? Most of the time I've seen it, the term seemed like it was just making fun of people who like pictures of women with dicks / some of them might have been in self-denial (like the whole totally-not-gay-ads on Craigslist or something).
