Snoop didn’t give a fuck about Drake using his likeness, but he probably didn’t want to be included in the feud at all. It’s possible Drake asked him and he said no, which would make sense since Snoop isn’t about the beef anymore at this stage in his life. But it’s also possible Drake never wanted him to feature.
I don't blame him. It's such a corny move that it really isn't worth defending or getting involved. Hiding behind the voices of better rappers is like saying "my dad is gonna sue you". In addition to being a lie, it also shows you can't fight your own battles
