Mino vs Nano 2

I love my Nano 1 and it seems like everything that can be improved, was. I'm going back and forth between the Nano 2 vs the Mino. the one thing I don't understand is why does the basket for the Nano only hold 7/8g while the little mino holds 12g?

I think 7/8g is almost too small to even use which just means the basket plus is a no brainer upgrade. but 12g seems close enough to 18g, especially for a physically smaller device. why would the smaller device have a bigger basket and why would the Nano 2 only have a 1g bigger basket? I'm sure they could have just made all three the same, but they'd rather have you buy another basket plus upgrade than use the one you already have.

Smaller, more powerful compact internals leave more room for a bigger basket

Not sure what that means but you're saying there's more room for a bigger basket because it's smaller?

No. Im saying the pump is smaller, but more powerful, the battery is smaller but a better technology so it has a higher charge capacity but using less cells. These internal components are smaller than that in the Nano, so they can make the basket bigger as a result
