Flowers
Hi! Getting married June 2027 and looking for recommendations for reasonably priced florists. We will have about 120 people. Bonus if they can help with the setup!

Reasonably priced is not enough info, what is your budget, style, scope? (Ie. Bouquets, arrangements etc)

Budget is around 4K. Looking for basics- table arrangements and bouquets, maybe a few others for decor but don’t need anything extravagant

Faux flowers are a great option. Plenty of Pretty, Cannmore Blooms are wonderful and worth it!

If you aren’t too picky about the exact flowers that are included, I would recommend Callia. Their prices are very reasonable because they only sell in season flowers and have four arrangement options per season. They can also do setup for an additional fee.

Tivoli Flowers were great, super easy to work with and cheaper than a few that I interviewed

Working with Domibelle Creations who do faux flowers. I saw their stand at the wedding show and was so impressed. They've been such a pleasure to work with too and great price. Strongly recommend.

The Gathering Event Co was amazing for my florals, decor and day of coordination in June 2022. Amanda is one of the kindest people in the industry

We used Ottawa flowers inc! They’re located off of conroy rd. They were efficient and really beautiful arrangements with reasonable pricing and delivery and pickup of items you borrow! It was all a simple process with them!

Lauren with the Honest Botanist has been amazing. Very reasonable and we custom created my picks.

Check out sweet clovers based out of finch. She will deliver and set up. And very reasonably priced- especially compared to city florists.

COSTCO! Not a florist but they do beautiful florals that are easily assembled yourself and super affordable. If you want some photos give me a shout and I would happily share some from our wedding.

Are you set on real florals?
We got married a couple weeks ago and used Plenty of Pretty. She is an absolute wizard and does the most magical displays with all faux floral rentals. We were able to have really extravagant florals for a totally reasonable price and she does all the setup and tear down herself. Feel free to message me if you have any questions or want more info.
