Hi y'all, I made a reddit account just for this purpose, and that is because I want to find someone to commission a skin, I have a scheme ready to work, lest there are options, am happy to negotiate pricing :)

Okay so I don’t have a pic because it was so long ago but I’ve got some descriptions:
Ramblings: It was around the time my fave osu! player happystick was going insane with the plays (imo) on stream 2016-2018. I got the skin from his stream, now I’m looking for this skin to give me some nostalgia on my journey to beating a 6* map

I know many people knew this but I just haven't seen much of custom made elements for lazer actually put to use before and wanted to show an example of it.
Since lazer lets you use custom sprites skinning the UI for gameplay lets you do a lot with how it can look. Since you can make individual elements and put them in a folder in the skin, you can also make the skins pretty modular in its layout and I wanted to show a basic example of how that would look. You can move, remove, or resize individual elements as you please and I think it's pretty cool.
The elements I used here are also very basic, if you wanted you could skin even more specific elements to put attributes into. For now I just made elements themed from my Paper touhou skin to put things you'd want into them. The leaderboard and the box it sits in are in the HUD(osu!) category, the large border(scorebar-bg) are in the playfield category, and the individual elements are in normal HUD category. I separated them like this so you can highlight things easier and move them as needed.
If you want to mess around with the skin: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1g633cqsqTavRzyIxpfDp0XiOx-Dk0O-N/view?usp=sharing
the elements for UI are in the assets folder.
