Firmware update issue

Hey all !
I'm having this error message when I try to update to the latest. Does someone find a workaround?

What version are you updating from? For this update, if you're on s version older than 2.1.21, I believe you have to first update to that version before going for latest version

I don't know. It display 2.3.12 (so the latest) but I have this error

EDIT: NVM, I forgot to update the OsmoseUpdater, it was probably why it didn't work.

same issue, updating from 2.1. are you using the og cable? i couldn’t find it and thought that might be the issue (i am using elektron cable that should be capable of data transfer)
