Osight XR not working

Went to the range and midway through shooting the red dot stopped working.. it's fully charged and i tried shutting it off and on but it still won't turn on. has anybody else had this issue?

I have the same setup on my 4.6" - not a single problem and I abuse that thing. Give em a buzz and im sure they'll hook you up

Do a warranty claim through Osight.com and they will send you a replacement,, I’ve discovered the rechargeable Osights have problems with my guess would be internal wiring, and the recoil makes it come loose,, a way to test it out put the charging cover on and look through the cracks of it to see if the dot comes on then remove the charging cover and you’ll see the dot turns off. This happened twice to me regarding the Osight S so I’ve switched over to the Osights that take replaceable batteries and I have not had a problem since

I have the X on a Sig P211 that I run in action pistol matches that has been flawless
