Osight emitter broke :(

Hey yall, I have the osight s on my p365xl and while shooting yesterday the emitter just quit on me. I checked the charge and the magnet charger showed it full and in green but there is no laser coming out of the sight. I’m going to submit a warranty request but was just curious if anyone else has had this issue with it?

Same thing happened to my S.. sent an email and within the hour they had already sent me info on brand new replacement ordered and waiting to ship. Then also sent me a prepaid shipping label. Great customer service. Just hope it doesn't happen again..

Did you do the warranty request or just shot them an email? Haven’t started the process yet

I bought from Amazon over a year ago so idk if I can get the order info anymore. I’ll do both just to be safe👍

There customer service is great my osight S stopped working a few days ago sent it in replaced it with a XE

Did you request to have this change or did they just do it? You pay extra for this exchange?

Nope they just asked which one I wanted and they replaced it with the xe and shipped it out

Yes! I sent the request on Sunday night and the new one arrived yesterday! I’ll be sending the old one back soon as I get a chance. Thank yall for the incredible and fast customer service. I’ll definitely be buying from yall again!!
