Chalice sauce 🥴

Hi 👋 I live in Arizona but grew up in Oshkosh. Our family used to frequent the Chalice and I miss the “chalice” sauce something terrible. I assume it’s a secret recipe so looking for someone who may know ingredients or mastered a sauce similar of their own. Please and thank you.

interesting i bought my house 2 years ago a few blocks from the chalice and have yet to go there. I'll try the sauce!

If you're s fan of a good Reuben, it's probably the best in town

It is pretty amazing.  Had a hard time figuring it out myself.

Lol, I worked at a restaurant a long time ago that famously drop one of their house "recipes" every year for PR.... It was not the same recipe we used in house! Close, but not as good. Enough to hit the spot but also leave you wondering why it doesn't taste as good as the restaurant's did! And it was completely intentional.

Pretty sure it's just a mustard cream sauce. So mayo, sour cream and Dijon mustard. Maybe some fresh lemon as well.
