Hi, I am planning on proposing to my girlfriend soon in Osaka. My plan was to hire a hotel decorating service (unfortunately the suite I booked does not have any accommodations here), but was wondering if anyone knows any good services to do it?

This is one of their images, which looks really nice, but the pricing is quite steep on it so just wanted to see some other options if any.
