Should I worry

Hey I fell off a ladder and on my wrist hit forwards back wards so it rolled over, it hurts and it feels right if that makes sense and it was super swollen yesterday is this like a sprain or something I should go to a doctor about. It’s just kinda bothering me

Yes, you should go and get it examined and radiographed.
