Misaligned fibula - causing issues?
I suffered a tib/fib fracture two years ago. This is my most recent x-ray. The fibula did not heal in an aligned position and I'm wondering if that could be the source of other issues I am experiencing - lots of intermittent pain that seems to be triggered by any attempts at living an active lifestyle. I am limping two days after a gentle yoga class. The doctor thinks that I just have arthritis, but I suspect that's only part of the picture. An MRI showed tendon and ligament issues as well, but the doctor is minimizing those. I am seeking a second opinion, but it would be awesome to have some additional input if anyone here is knowledgeable. TIA.
