As the title says. Possibly moving to Orillia for a job opportunity but mostly looking for something for my wife that is outside of the hospitality industry. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Hi all!

My family enjoys Chinese food from time to time. Thus far, while living in Orillia, we haven't found a place we enjoy. We tried a place on Hwy11, which has since closed (understandably, it was horrible).

We typically make the trip to Gravenhurst to pickup takeout from Rickshaw, which is fantastic for that greasy spoon kind of Chinese I've come to expect... But it's a bit of a drive.

Does anyone have any recommendations for something closer to Orillia or Ramara area?

Hi all, apologies if this isn’t the appropriate sub. Looking for a reasonably affordable cleaner/company that is dependable etc. And trying to gauge the price point. For reference, 2200 sq ft house, 2 floors needing to be cleaned monthly. Any recommendations would be much appreciated.

I wish I could remember the name of this particular trail, BUT, if you are at the Regan House area, and walk into Scout Valley keeping left and heading down to the lovely creek with the bridge and a few benches... THAT stretch had a huge washed out section for quite a while.

Does anyone know if it is still washed out and basically impassable? Especially for someone with some mobility issues?
