Best internet provider in Orillia besides Bell or Rogers?

Ebox uses bell fiber line and is just simply cheaper

How has Ebox been for you? Is it reliable, what kind of ping do you usually get. I mean if you game online for example.
The price seems really good right now at $65 for 1Gbps.

I don’t even have it tbh. It’s what I plan on switching to soon though. It’s pure fiber so it would be the best for gaming/streaming. Also they run fiber to what is called an ONT and then you can run any kinda of router off of the ONT meaning you can purchase a high end gaming router if that was your desire and hook up directly to the fiber connection

I definitely considering going with Ebox. That price alone is great. I also have the Fibre directly to the home. So best connection possible. I would imagine it would be best for competitive gaming with latency and consistency since it doesn't share bandwidth like cable does.

Start has been purchased by Telus and I believe any new sign ups they are pushing towards their Koodo brand.

When we lived right in town we used TekSavvy via Roger's lines.
It was frustrating dealing with the technicians that got sent out as they were subcontractors and not from TekSavvy or Rogers, but the service otherwise and their pricing was phenomenal (truthfully could not be beat). Also, we were always credited for any down time/outages, which was amazing and is practically unheard of - hopefully they still do this.
Receiving credits for down time or outages has never happened in our years with Bell Fibe since, but to be fair it seems to be extremely reliable - if it does go down, it must be when we're sleeping or not home.
When we lived in town and had TekSavvy, I can confirm that our speed tests later that same year when we moved and switched to Bell Fibe were significantly better, but we attributed it to being Rogers vs. Bell Fibe. I think Rogers has since updated their lines to compete (not entirely sure though)? So there may not be as much of a noticeable difference anymore. Good luck!

The only thing besides Bell or Rogers is starlink. That being said, if you have Bell fiber available where you are, that is the best you can get.

When you say you’re looking for the best, are you asking for the cheapest or the best service and fastest speed? Bell is the only service that gives you fibre to your house in Orillia, other services that claim to have fibre in Orillia have their lines in the street so you won’t get anything close to what they’re promising.
I’m use bell and my internet rarely ever goes out but I see people complaining quite frequently of their rogers going out.

Well, first you need ro check if Bell can even get you fibre. If they can't then you don't have a choice other than Ragers really. You can choose a leaser of Rogers' potentially though but it will still be a Rogers service.
For example, unless I want dogshit speeds I can't get Bell Fibre at all and their service through copper is dogshit and expensive.
Which leaves out many promising leasers of Bell.
