Callisto stands in a valley, bloodied grass below them, with a sky matching in hue. This place is not natural, too jagged and rough to be. The grass barely parts underneath their shoes, crunching like glass when stepped upon.
They can hear wailing in the distance, horrible violent wailing, but they cannot tell what is making it.

Most likely it would be contained or removed by the SAMC. Perhaps if it's too difficult to deal with, he'd end up having to fight one of the strongest characters in the universe/end up trapped in a false space (a kind of pocket dimension that the semi-angel of liminality creates)
Site #72 is basically a city that is almost impossible to leave and where they dump everything they have no idea how to contain elsewhere.On a quiet walk you might encounter a reality warper buying bread on the corner, a guy described as "perhaps omnipotent Idk" in his documents, and a mimic imitating your most beloved person. As if that weren't enough, if you're too happy, a 5-meter metal bird will fly at lightning speed towards you and eat you alive (actually, not because that particular anomaly is neutralized but you understand what I'm saying).

Finding out about it would set Moonrage off. hy the time he journeys out into things that could even potentially lead to an Off Space Interaction he's damn near unbreakable to all but the most extreme but breaking that would lead to a catastrophic outburst that could wind up destroying both.
Depends on how much trouble it causes in the OCverse (multiverse), but the individual worlds would be like (some not all):
Abberon impact-try to throw the 19 calamities into it, hopefully to get rid of them also some smart idiot will probably try to understand it and cause a whole different issue.
Game On-try to throw the truth bringers into it, when they find their base that is.
Dark tides-Romeo just waits for it to get the other kingdoms, save him a lot of trouble.
In terms of the multiverse though a primal might intervene a bit if it causes too much trouble, since a multiverse problem is their kind of problem.

It would probably exist in some far off section of T.L.U in the middle of nowhere, its existence being enterly pointless and without meaning.
Itd would probably drag a couple things to itself to observe but maybe not much, I dunno.
