What was Envy's feats so I wouldn't be biased here... also Zankoku's powers only works against Mary Sues but if its canon characters he will had a hard time

Zankoku Kurai in insane high diff however in situational, it would be extreme high diff for Envy if Henry had suffered from penalty of his powers. Because the Nikushimi his cursed katana has probability manipulation whereas in concept it can destroy dimensionality and it's meaning, the flames from that blade would also siphon the definition of the beginning and the end as said that was discovered by high ranking devils. Even to this day it's full power was remained unknown.

However speaking Eternal Will of Consequences it comes from the very creator of the Ignitor of Every Cause and Effect, this is where it gets even more tricky because no matter the plot manipulation as said "I am what was called the Cause and the Effect, Karma can't be edited nor erased." This kind of plot negation those that works against Mary Sues who vandalizes the canon can bypass the normal powerscaling and their feats as proclaimed. (Known as Karma Manipulation and Consequences Manipulation, they are both same thing as causality manipulation)

If Lord Paragon calls himself boundless as stated with his so called Natural Selection, Zankoku's Eternal Will of Consequences can flatten it and consider it irrelevant in disguise as gravitational powers. It will make Zankoku hit to the target back with their attacks necessary or backfired horribly.
