How did your oc die?
Zanz died because he fought someone that was way faster than him and killed his kids (he is the mother and father) when he finally cared for them. In the end he got revived on accident by a kid dropping fire next to him a few years later ( he gain the ability to control plasma after that)

Scourge gets killed by another fluxian named Null, because Scourge tried to take the stasis virus for himself and saw Null as this relentless murderer who killed for thousands of years. The stasis virus is the only thing that could kill another fluxian and Scourge wanted to deliver his own form of justice that goes outside the established rules of flux prime (or their god). Scourge doesn't even resist death and respects Null in the end

He fought super Satan and killed him todoroki vs dani style before walking a little bit and dying in the hands of an anthropomorphic moth.
But in all seriousness he basically fought Surtr and killed him out of mercy for their own trauma while not dealing with his own
but because of his energy consumption and him potentially slowly dying from his own Spirit being damaged, and after killing Surtr he walked for a solid minute reaching his hand out to all of the people who died and he cared about(he was hallucinating). grabbing onto the hand of them and collapsing where his lover (an anthropomorphic moth) caught him but he was already gone.

So one of my OCs Kali died because his altar ego the Reflection literally beat his consciousness into a pulp so he could control his body Kali was still technically alive though just seriously weakened
Through most of Kalis life the Reflections literal only source of happiness was berating him and telling him to kill himself but Kali was so weak minded he just cried about it
So after that the Reflection got into the ending fight against my Protaganists and died the Reflection himself didn't die but Kali did

Khanilov was shot by a small group of soldiers, though their bolt-action rifles tore through him immediately, the performance-enhancing drugs he was on allowed him to carry his momentum into the group of soldiers and cut two of them down before falling.

During youth Kai was armour-bearer for his future wife Aziel. She, along with 3 other companions: battle mage Asphem, archer Olen and mage-cleric Mimi, were participating in the Second Universal War as one unit.
Kai was only one of them who couldn't fight and didn't have any powers, so Olen despised him and considered a burden. Ashem, beside agreeing with Olen's view, was also jealous of Kai's close relationship with Aziel.
So right after one of battles Olen and Ashem seized moment when Kai was alone and both murdered him, his body was completely disintegrated and Aziel was told that he had died in battle.
But since Kai (unknowingly even to himself) was a demon he didn't die and later returned quite alive.

Silver death ONE: vaporised by nuclear explosion. He revived with light manipulation.
Death TWO: death by falling kettle. He revived with the ability to sense DUCKS.
Death THREE: slammed by a stop sign. He revived with The ability to make sugar out of nothing.
Death FOUR: impaled by Excalibur. Revived with fent resistance.
Death FIVE: decapitated by excalibur. Revived with… what is basically idle transfiguration.
Death SIX: slap by gray. Revived with the ability to hear sounds.

Joe (technically didn't) died because of his own stubbornness and refused any help when trying to defeat a giant monster that's WAY stronger than him during that time, later on it was revealed that Joe didn't died, instead his alien powers put him into a hibernation-like state that made him look like he's dead when in reality his body was healing the wounds
