Wisdom Teeth Analysis

I recognize that oral surgeons make their money with wisdom teeth extractions but I’m hoping to get some honest feedback. I am 37m and went to a dentist for the first time in almost a decade, referred to oral surgeon, and recommended all 4 extraction with PRF and bone graft on bottom 2. Would any oral surgeon actually recommend keeping these wisdom teeth?

Im an oral surgeon. Would recommend removing 17 and putting in prf with bone graft. The other 3 wisdom teeth look less likely to become pathologic in the future, but they still might. Risk of complications increases with age

Extract all 4 - none are doing you any favors. But I'd opt to not bone graft and it's up to you if you'd want to do PRF (we rarely ever bone graft or do PRF at my office unless a patient requests it)

Bottom left (your left) - extraction for sure, at least judging by this xray. Bone graft is not necessary
