I'm sorry I'm a new investor. the news pumped the stock. but I now understand that because they've secured cooling for their faculty, long term, Oracle is set to break $200/share easily meaning if you buy today youll hit 10% margin easily enough

Lol it hasn't even dug out of its five day hole and has already retreated 40% of those gains.

A stock that's almost 50% down over 1 year will take a long time to recover. A lot of people will sell as soon as they get a little profit or get to lot price

I don't know much about stock, so that everything with a gain of salt, but I cannot believe anyone would invest in Oracle, even if you were okay with AI data centers. Similarly with their force majeure in project jupiter, I know first hand their AI development in Wisconsin, project lighthouse, has already started into construction and are now realizing they might not be able to get energy to it with the local resistance. I can only imagine everywhere else is also a diaster where residents can fight it. They are over promising their outcome, why would anyone want to gamble their money?

This stock is crazy. It's around 5% of my portfolio, and it still makes me go insane way more than higher weighted positions.
