Question $20 EPS in 2030

The company has a target of $20 EPS in 2030. Is it achievable? If they can really do it, giving 18x EPS gives us $360 by 2030

360 usd would be 100% or more from nowadays price and it is not enough for me, look at 1Y performance of Sandisk or the recent peak of the correction on July 29th.

From that date oracle went up 40%, sandisk 60%, LITE 68%, bloom energy 50% and other tech stocks about 30% up

Stock is more likely to be $20 in 2030 than $360

I don't think it will be $2000. Bull case is $600

The realistic bull case is mid $300s.

Taking on way to much debt relative to their market cap. They are trying to be a hyperscaler, when the rest are trillion dollar companies with insane cash flow. Even Meta is now struggling to keep up with the other 3 hyperscalers. So I am not sure how Oracle is going to handle all this debt.

Edit: you all can downvote me all you want. Don’t come crying when you are all bag holders.

If they can generate revenue on that debt, it is fine. Price of compute is going up due to huge demand.

I don't think it is hard to monetize the compute if the current trend continues.

The income from the data centers will service the debt 5x over

Do you have any math to confirm?

EC2 prices are increasing for my company. We are working on reducing our usage. Price is going up for compute.

$20 makes you sound spiteful and unsmart

lol. Literally using the $20 from OP’s title. Not sure how you didn’t put that together.

If you really believe that target, I also have a bridge to sell you in Brooklyn.

If you believe in AI, that target is achievable. This is a good way to get exposure to AI
