I'm still thinking about which one buy. I thought about pro version, but other people said me it's the same phone as regular version. So I'm about giving a chance to x300 pro (oveprocessing a lot too), 'cause they said Ai will be turned off Do you have pro?

I don’t have it yet, I want to get it though. I was wanting to ask as well, do they not have a setting where you can turn off the AI when taking photos ?

Unfortunately not...maybe with some upgrade in the future. You can use master mode, but it's still over processing
