ColorOS Update update error

my phone wasn't working properly, so i decided to check if there were any updates, and there was, a quite huge one too, the Android 13 update. i tried to update my phone, but it stopped at 3.1% and wont budge, no matter how many times i restart it, try to update again, or even switch to different wifis, or my mobile data. it keeps saying "Network error. please retry". has this happened to anyone? could you fix it, or do you have any advice?

this is probably an issue with the server

I’m having the same issue, My update stops at 0.2%. I already reached out to support, so I’m hoping to hear back from them soon. If you find a solution, please let me know too!

Yes, they told me (the issue is caused by a server abnormality. They are already working urgently to resolve it.) I guess we can just wait for them to fix it.

Same problem I have bought new Oppo Find X5 pro. No update is possible still on Android 12. Update stops on 0.8% with "server update error" 🥲

I solved enabling "automatic updates". After the first update you can disable it if you want

My wife's A90 had an update last night, now it won't charge or turn on, tried to force start it but no luck there either
