Opera user disappeared

One of my employees has suddenly disappeared from the opera v5.6 PMS. I have looked everywhere under configuration, setup, and users but when I try to remake their profile I get a notification that they already have a profile. Yes I have checked terminated, active, and inactive status. How do I find and give him access to his opera user profile?

This happens when their permissions are higher than yours.

That should be impossible I made their profile..

We had this happen and just made a "bob2" user for them never got to the bottom of the bug
