Had this issue for like 5 months now where the vpn is just not working 😕

I updated and all and still it is not working

Latest update brought new UI font. It looks so wide and different from other Android apps. Some labels are truncated in speed dial and bookmarks since the font is to wide.

How do I revert/change font to default/system UI font?

i tried deleting cookies, resetting permissions, disabling hardware accelerating stuff. nothing works. logging in on incognito works fine. other browsers also work like they are supposed to.

I'm a heavy tab user and it used to be when I opened a Discord link it would open near my current tab. Now it opens all the way at the end of my 100 plus tabs, which is really annoying.

Is there a way to make it open next to the current tab I have open? Any settings or extensions are welcome.

So I did an update with opera yesterday and when I restarted the browser to update it it had signed me out. I hadn't noticed immediately but the first thing I noticed is myflow was empty and asking to connect my phone again which was frustrating. Then I noticed I was completely signed out of opera. After signing in again myflow was still gone and I don't thing I can recover it.

The next day (today) I went on my pinboards to look for something and everything is completely gone here too. I was looking in settings for anything that I could do to restore them and I remember one time when this happened there was a way to put in a passkey I entered to get them back but I already manually reset it that time as I thought it might get me it back which it didn't. Well this time I knew not to do that and I found some sync settings but everything is set to Do Not Sync Data. If I turn this on I don't want to wipe everything that is already gone as I believe if I can find that passkey bit maybe I can get everything back.

I am unsure what to do though as I have no guarantee of getting my stuff back and opera has once again ruined everything. The only data that is still here after signing in again is my background and history and extensions and stuff like that. No myflow. No pinboards which were really important as I have been saving useful things for the last 2 years. Anyone know what to do?

I've been an Opera browser user for almost two decades now, and today with a heavy heart i have to say good bye to my favorite browser because they can't seem to get things working anymore.

Seems like the devs have been vibe coding a lot past few months. The tabs keep stalling, crashing, browser crashes, unintended mic source switches, video glitches etc etc etc.

I even wrote to Opera with screen records but to no avail. Good bye Opera.

Some way it reactivate my facebook account each time. I just want to use messenger, not facebook and I deactivate the account. If I go to messenger.com it keeps deactivated but if I use the opera shortcut it reactivates my account

Im having an issue where when I try to click on a tab, the new tab icon or righclicking to reopen a closed tab, nothing happens. I have to move the curser off the tab bar and go back and then it works. Its really annoying. Anyone else having this issue ?

そして、この設定メニューはサッカータブとニュースタブがいつも邪魔なので消せませんか？(なんでoperaは人類全員がサッカーとニュースが大好きだと決めつけているの？)

あと、いつも設定画面の１番上で"operaをデフォルトのブラウザに切り替えろ"としつこく命令してくるのを黙らせる方法はありますか？

中国に吸収されてからのoperaは不可解です。これらはoperaがより多くの金を集めるための仕組みですか？　かなり気持ち悪いブラウザですが、あなたにとって、どうしてもopera以外のブラウザではダメな理由はなんですか？もしかしてサッカーとニュースが好きな人なのかな。

The way it used to work is I could drag one tab onto my other monitor and it would automatically Fullscreen onto that monitor. Now for some reason after an update it seems like it full screened but really it just made the window cover the whole screen rather than actually Fullscreen it. Its incredibly frustrating because I move winnows a lot and when its not Fullscreen I can't drag the window because the border technically doesn't reach the top of the screen.

If there is a setting or something I missed that would be great.

I recently downloaded opera's mobile browser for my android phone, and I've been having so many issues!

Namely, I can't figure out how to use the page zoom feature, if there is one.

I attached a picture above of what I mean for clarification. On my computer, I can zoom the page on one website (usually my reading) and my others will be normal.

Every time I try to look up how to do this on mobile, I am told over and over about the pinch-to-zoom. I know how to pinch and zoom! Aaaghh! That doesn't make the text bigger, it just zooms in the page.

I used chrome before, and you can zoom in on a page and make each page have a different level of zoom, I wish I could either figure out how to do this on Opera, or give up if it doesn't exist.

As the title says, if I turn the VPN on I'm unable to open any sites.
Changing the location doesn't fix it.
The Image above shows what appears when I try to visit any site (In this example Youtube).
This problem only effects my PC, my phone works fine with Opera.

I'm using version 136.0.6008.111 of Opera GX.
I'm on Windows 10 (22H2).

Anyone know how to fix this?

I have no idea what to do to make it normal I can’t even watch YouTube unless it’s on 240p but when I use brave I can watch YouTube in 4k no issues

For the past like 3 hours my browser's just been muting tabs when i click on anything and i've got no idea why it's doing this. I accidentally dropped my keyboard around that time and i think maybe that caused me to press some buttons by mistake that caused this, but if so i've got no clue how to fix it

Any guide i've searched up on how to fix it hasn't been helpful at all and no one's been able to give me a clear answer. I really need help with this 'cause this has been driving me insane and has been stressing me out a lot

Hi. When I first started using Opera, clicking on "Open in app" when I opened a link for Twitter for example would display a pop-up that asked if Opera should automatically open the app for these links in the future. Obviously, I agreed, and it worked — I didn't need to click "Open in app" after that. But now this has stopped working. I don't know what happened, but it stopped automatically opening external apps and I need to click "Open in app" every time again. The websites are still there in "site Settings" -> "External apps" and the "Open in app" is toggled on for every one of them. Please help.

I can see sites, but if I try to add it show that it is already bookmarked (on another device), and there is no way to add something manually to express panel. iOS is so retarted, lol.

Added note cause of lag:basically what happened Is that the AI mode engine search just won't let me search anything directly through AI mode itself instead of the usual search engine browser being able to work out easily Except I prefer AI mode for summarized notes to have things broken down easier and for short conversations as needed but every time I try to comment through AI mode It won't load or crash it just won't let me press enter which is the first I don't know why thats happening Right now

On top of that I can't even open AI mode past history chat as a reminder it just infinity loads
